Duas Rodas

Duas Rodas is a Brazilian multinational company manufacturing ingredients for food and beverage industries with headquarters in the city of Jaraguá do Sul, state of Santa Catarina. They provide services in more than 30 countries and have been performing for more than 90 years providing ingredients to companies in Brazil and all over the world with a portfolio of more than 3 thousand items divided in the markets of flavors, food service and animal nutrition.

OBJECTIVE


Duas Rodas was searching for a process and indicator management tool that would comprise all the information that a company of their size has and would allow information to be unified in a platform with easy visualization and communication, so that all people involved could access, feed and easily identify risks and opportunities to alert managers, providing an agile and precise decision making.

PROJECT

Based on the requirements demanded by Duas Rodas, we performed a study and analysis of the license needed to have all areas covered.

RESULTS

With the implementation of the solution provided by Way/Amadeus, Duas Rodas started to benefit from a well-structured platform for decision making, visualizing risks and opportunities easily by the people in charge. Sonangol


Founded in 1953, Sonangol (abbreviation of Angola’s National Society of Fuels) is a state company of the oil sector and in charge of the administration and exploration of oil and natural gas in Angola. The group has many subsidiaries in different countries, mainly in the Congo, Cabo Verde and China.

OBJECTIVE

The organization requested a Project for the implementation of BSC to have a complete understanding of their operations by means of process models and performance indicators that demonstrated and communicated in a clear and transparent way the performance of each area for decision making.

PROJECT

Sonangol found in our tool the ideal solution that fulfilled their requirements and made it possible a perfect migration of data to the new platform. Our team of consultants went to Angola to better understand the functioning of their processes and provided them with consultancy and training in the tool and BSC methodology to the team involved in performing the implementation.

RESULTS

The implementation of the tool was well succeeded and the company could finally have their processes and indicators well mapped and visualized with managers being able to identify clearly indicators and controls for a better management and decision making.
