The organization requested our methodology and expertise in process to help them structuring their newly created controlled company, OLEX Importação e Exportação S.A., that took over the responsibility concerning all purchases and management of the logistics of the whole group. THE

PROJECT

We modelled and detailed the external client processes, identification of information used and necessary to elaborate activities, analysis and homologation of performance indicators of the processes, culminating with the implementation of new processes and systems, and the specification of the indicators for monitoring the processes and structuring of the responsibility matrix. Later we performed a new improvement project reassessing processes and indicators in use, implementing improvements to reach excellency in the processes of the areas from the intelligence acquired since the creation of the area.

RESULTS

With the implementation of our tool and methodology, OLEX was created to fulfill this need of Odebrecht to centralize their processes of purchases and logistics. We executed a complete and extensive gathering, mapping and documentation of the organization’s processes, that were modelled in the new area to contemplate all the needs of the group. Processes and indicators were reassessed later, using the experiences acquired to suggest improvements and identification of risks to better optimize the activities of OLEX.
